A new building, the Sweetwater’s Donut Mill in Plainwell, MI was completed in February of 2018. One of many general contracting projects we’ve done with Rick Schell and his partners, this 4,000 sq ft newly-constructed, free-standing building features an exterior cultured stone wainscot, vertical metal siding, shingled porch, and a commercial flat roof.
